Libations

A variety of elegant cocktails on a dark marble table with garnishes and a flaming lime.

Poured With Purpose. Garnished With Temptation.

You didn’t come here for a drink. You came for the ritual. For the velvet hush after the door clicks shut. For the moment the match is struck and the air shifts; sweet citrus peel meeting the musk of smoked oak and maple, of applewood and burnt bourbon staves. A scent that lingers on silk and secrets.

Every glass here is dressed for the occasion. A whisper of rose, a twist of fire, a single dark cherry sunk like a promise. Garnishes are never just garnishes, darling, they’re winks. Warnings. Invitations. And what’s poured beneath them? Let’s just say these recipes weren’t built for the faint of liver or the dull of heart.

This speakeasy wasn’t meant to be quiet. It was meant to be full. Of laughter. Of music. Of clinking glass and lowered voices. Of friends too close and strangers too charming. So pick your poison. And don’t ask what’s in it.

Because if I have to explain it... you’re not ready to drink it.

— Evelyn

Manhattan

Whiskey, vermouth, bitters. No frills, no apologies—just big city attitude in a stemmed glass. Add a description about this item

Negroni

Equal parts bitter, sweet, and soul-stirring. Like a good grudge in a silk glove. But don't expect what you might get  in the woods. This is Evelyn's favorite variation.

Mai Tai (1944)

The original version, no juice bar shortcuts; bold, nutty, and unapologetically boozy. If you know, you know.

Bee's Knees

Gin, lemon, and honey—light on its feet, heavy on charm. A little sweetness never hurt anyone. Add a description about this item

Sidecar

Brandy’s answer to the jazz age: crisp, citrusy, and always ready to leave the party on her own terms. Add a description about this item

Sazerac

Born in New Orleans, dressed in absinthe and swagger. This one doesn’t ask permission—it takes the room.

Gimlet

Sharp, clean, and just a touch cold-blooded. Gin and lime at their most seductive.

Hemingway Daiquiri

A sharp-tongued twist on the classic, bold, built for a late afternoon with secrets to tell. Rum, grapefruit, lime, a whisper of maraschino, poured just the way Papa liked it, with no sugar to sweeten the truth.

Paper Plane

Bittersweet, smooth, and modern—but with a good right hook. This one sneaks up on you. You can get it smokey too! If you like a smokey taste... do it!

Last Word

Hanky Panky

A stiff gin cocktail kissed with Fernet. Deceptively polite… until the bitterness bites back Add a description about this item.

El Presidente

Rum’s answer to the Martini. Regal, restrained, and most definitely not a tourist.

Jungle Bird

Tropical, bitter, and far too stylish for a beach bar. Campari in paradise and the best, funkiest rum smuggled into the States.

Toronto

Rye whiskey and Fernet walk into a bar—neat, bitter, and bold enough to light a cigar. Add a description about this item

Coin Toss

Equal parts luck, citrus, and backbone. Tastes like a winning bet—just don’t ask what’s in the pot.

Corn & Oil

Dark rum and velvet falernum get down and dirty with lime in this Barbadian classic. Sticky, rich, and not nearly as innocent as it sounds.

Ancient Mariner

A spicy rum libation with demerara and dark Jamaican rums, enriched by pimento liqueur and aromatic orgeat syrup. Brightened by grapefruit and lime, it’s poured over crushed ice with mint and nutmeg for an exotic touch.

Mint Julep

A Southern classic that gallops in with Derby season and lingers just long enough to cool the heat. Bourbon, fresh mint, and crushed ice; served in a frosted cup and sipped like scandal from the shade.
