This isn’t a list. It’s a confession.
Evelyn stocks a cabinet like a memory deep, layered, and not entirely legal in some decades. Beneath the dim shimmer of gaslight and gossip, bottles tell stories here. Some are imported. Some are whispered about in back alleys. All of them pour something true.
From forbidden fruit in the Caribbean to stiff-necked single barrels out of Kentucky, every spirit on this shelf has earned its place, usually by breaking a rule or two. We’ve got absinthe that flirts with hallucination, Chartreuse that once required a monk’s blessing, and rum so bold it doesn’t just warm the room, it starts the revolution.
And gin? Sugarcane? Agave? They don’t behave in Evelyn’s house. They lounge. They seduce. They laugh through smoke rings and lean in close.
This is a speakeasy of stories. Some pour neat, some come shaken, and some... bite back.
